IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

The IT Infrastructure Engineer role aims to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure by deploying, maintaining, and optimizing network, server, and virtualization systems.
This position supports business operations by resolving infrastructure issues, improving system performance, and ensuring compliance with security and technology standards.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Oversee infrastructure deployment.
- Assist in the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud infrastructure that adhere to current architecture standards.
- Conduct technical analysis of complex software, hardware and infrastructure equipment.
- Optimize infrastructure performance and systems.
- Support initiatives to improve the infrastructure systems and service delivery through automation and virtualization.
- Reports on performance, reliability and availability of infrastructure systems by review of service uptime, utilization and throughput
- Resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
- Resolve escalations or major issues relating to infrastructure operations.
- Guide and train team members to resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades.
- Identify key infrastructure operations issues and maintenance priorities.
- Configure and administer networks.
- Manage network operations and incidents.
- Review compliance with information security policies and standards
- Investigate and assess the risks of network attacks and recommend remedial action.
What you will bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Experience: 2 – 3 years in a related field
Skills:
- Cisco networking, windows operating system, vmware
- Good problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Nice to have CCNA
Languages: Vietnamese & English (both verbal and written)
